Details:

When the DHCP lease times out a renew (or rebind) request doesn't reregister
the host name (where one is defined for that netif). This causes a problem on
systems which use this to create a dynamic DNS record, such as some routers.

Windows CE had a similar problem described in
 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821388

This patch reregisters the name.

Tested with Linksys WAG54G router: previously the name in the DHCP status
page would vanish overnight when the lease expired, now it does not.
