Follow-up Comment #5, task #6995 (project lwip):
one of the local ip addresses, or "any" (all interfaces).
That's why I asked in bug #21656 if there was any real reference to know what
is a "standard" practice, and what is not.
Is it possible to bind to the broadcast address (255.255.255.255)? What
is/should be the behavior?
