[lwip-devel] [bug #20506] HTTP server doesn't call tcp_output

Hello all,

1. I have analysed ethereal traces deeply and i found that when client (PC)
request for 4500 bytes(img4.jpg) the following behaviour happens:
a. The server (my board with IP 192.168.2.1) sends first 1460 bytes of data
in a very short time after which the client PC(192.168.2.2) ACKs the data
after approx 100 -150ms.
b. After which the remaining bytes are send in a very short period of time.


My Conclusion about trace(kindly analyse):
1. My hardware is not slow.
2. Neither there is problem with lwip or http
3. Its the internet explorer which is responding very slow to the first data
packet.

Is it a correct understanding of mine? If yes, then there is a problem with
the explorer. How to handle this?
