Follow-up Comment #17, task #7068 (project lwip):

Attached:
* app-intro.html 
* app-pbuf.html

Much of the content has been graciously ripped from Adam's PDF (goal 1: get
something written; goal 2: come back later and do editing) and updated for
the current code base.

I cut some images and am working on a CSS file, so the pbuf file may not
appear exactly right, but the content will be there.
