OK, but on systems like windows, sys_get_current_task() would return a DWORD
for the ID or a void* for a HANDLE, and you wouldn't want to implement an
array for that. You'd normally use the prio on small embedded OSes for the
array and have a MAX_PRIO. But on systems using round-robin, where tasks can
have the same prio, the prio is not enough again...
