Follow-up Comment #13, bug #19167 (project lwip):

I have prepared a new patch that fixes both timeout handling and removes
timeouts handling from sys_sem_wait.
I placed old code with timeout handling sys_sem_wait under #if 0, without
actually removing. The patch needs more testing.
