[lwip-devel] Call for tagging 0.7.0 in contrib

Everyone involved in maintaining the contrib module ports;

once your port is tested and up-to-date with 0.7.0, please
tag your port directory (not the whole contrib module!)
with STABLE-0.7.0.

This helps developers/users select a API compatible contributed
port along with lwIP 0.7.0.
