To answer your question, the sources are stored in /opt/ltib/pkgs
or /opt/freescale/pkgs depending on whether you're using bitshrine.org
of a Freescale ISO release.

For bitshrine.org, you can also directly see the references and get the
sources by following this link: 
http://www.bitshrine.org/autodocs/bsp_ext_ava_imx31ads.html
