Hi Salvador,

You had a problem the first time you ran it and the log from the second
run is saying:

Processing: rpm-fs
====================

Cowardly refusing to clobber existing directory:
     /tmp/rpm-root/BUILD/rpm-4.0.4
Remove this by hand if you really want to rebuild this package from
scratch


Can you remove this directory as it says, e.g:

$ rm -rf tmp/rpm-root/

Once you have done this, you can then re-try ltib and it if fails send
the log file again.

BTW: you should not be root when running LTIB it warns about this.
