It depends how you define a page.  Suppose you are printing double sided and 
you have 

page 1
page 2 (back of page 1)
page 3
blank page (back of page 3)
page ???

Is the page after the blank page page 4 or page 5?

What does "wrong" mean in this context?  If you put automatic page numbers on 
the pages, do the numbers in the table of contents match the numbers on the 
page?
