This is a better plan from my point of view.  Waiting for you
and others to review 3.37 leaves my release date contingent
on the actions (or inactions) of too many other people.

I'm happy to promise to look at any suggestions you have with
a view to putting out a follow-up 3.38 release soon after 3.37.
I must repeat, however, that I will not treat this stuff any
differently from any other suggestions I receive.
