Hello,
This is slightly off-topic, but not that much, so I dare to post the
announcement here...
I am pleased to announce version 0.9.0 of Skribilo, the first alpha
release of this document authoring system.

The SHA1 sums for these two files are:

Documentation is available at:

Skribilo is a free document production tool that takes a structured
document representation as its input and renders that document in a
variety of output formats: HTML for on-line browsing, and Lout or LaTeX
for high-quality hard copies. It is "highly programmable". For
instance, it makes it very easy to traverse a document, thereby allowing
for introspection.
The Lout back-end (or "engine") provides several enhancements over "raw"
Lout, including PDF bookmarks and "docinfo", a high-level interface to
drop capitals, and support for varying paragraph indentation depending
of whether a paragraph comes first:

Skribilo is a follow-up to Manuel Serrano's and Érick Gallesio's
Skribe [0] (thank you!). It is based on the code base of Skribe 1.2d
but differs in important ways. User-visible differences are summarized
in the `NEWS' file.
Thanks,
Ludovic.
