I don't think you will be able to transform your stuff into
Lout code that does what you want. Ignoring the right daya
your example includes the paragraph
Large String of Characters that
would run together and just keep on going, no matter
what.
and this is a paragraph whose lines vary in their available
length, something that Lout cannot do. At least, it does
not usually do it. You could look into "horizontal galleys"
and try using them as in the @DropCap symbol to get such
lines, but it's pretty way-out stuff.
