Overhead Page Headers

Hi,

Using lout 3.25 with the @OverheadTransparancies setup,
I get the impression that the page headers may be
broken. All I ever get is a page number. The
@RunningTitle and/or @Title never show up in the
header. This doesn't seem to match the behaviour as
described at the end of Section 3.4 -- Overhead
Transparancies (Lout 3.25 manual).

At the bottom of this note is a sample document which
exhibits the lack of header.

If the headers are broken, is there an easy fix? If
they're not, why am I not seeing them?

Thanks,
Dave
