Hi,
Currently the paper size of the output files is defined in the @PageType field
of @DocumentSetup (for instance, in lout.lib/include/doc). Wouldn't it be better
to have the page type being a named parameter of @Document (or @Report, etc.) so
that the user can change it without editing the standard style files - and would
it be possible?
