You need the @Insert symbol, something like this:
@AbstractBody { address@hidden: {}} @Insert @Body }
You might have to play with it a bit. @Insert is defined in the
Expert's Guide and is currently used to get "Figure 1." etc. into
multi-paragraph captions to figures, tables, etc.
