Hmmm.  Not cleanly, I believe.  There is the @HLimited symbol
which does it (Expert's Guide, page 49) but you need to feed
in the caption paragraph asa galley, so that will work but
take some setting up.  The @Background symbol (Expert's Guide,
page 53) might be able to be used creatively to get the same
effect, although I'm not certain it will work.
