Find attached a snapshot of my work on your test:
all.ps doesn't have widow headers.
Since this is from my NT box, beware CRLF. You'll need to unzip with
-a and remove lout.li (since it has indices for CRLF files).
The bookf and dsf has some extra stuff from my previous attempt to
resolve the problem by making @Protect into a paramter - just ignore
it. The relevant changes are those outlined in my previous email.
