If you are thinking of working on this, I have just received a
huge whack of files from Jaroslav Serdula. They seem to have
a small problem (they contain a lot of stuff that is already
in the main files) but when that's fixed they might well work.
His mail to me says: "files were created by a2ac program
http://math.feld.cvut.cz/olsak"; which means nothing to
me, but anyway.
