lout 3.19: Bug in running table headers?

[slomium]

Hi,

Using lout version 3.19, I get an error when trying to 
produce a table with multiple running headers.  The error 
messages seem to repeat endlessly.

Ive inclued the first several lines of the error message 
and the text of the lout input file used to produce the 
error.

Am I doing something wrong?  Please help.
