Merged index entries in PDF output

Hello,

Just thought i'd report this, i'm using Lout 3.13 on Windows NT (Uwe's binary), 
and merged entries don't work on PDF (-Z) output. Only the first of the entries 
shows up on screen.

I tried the same thing with the standard PS output, and both entries were 
there; perhaps the way Lout prints the first entry then tackles the next one to 
the end of the line is not working with PDF?
