Whilst putting on a front cover for a book is no problem, how can you put a
back cover on if you have one or more Indexes? According to the user guide
the setup options for Indexes do not offer any @IndexGoesHere options. I
realise that putting things after the indexes would be problematic if there
were any index entries after the index, but it is not uncommon to include
extra material after indexes - see most O'Reilly books for example, and of
course for a book the indexes will always be followed by at least the back
cover.
Regards.
