Version 3.16 of Lout now available

This version fixes all the bugs that were reported to me recently.  It
is available, as usual, from

    http://ftp.cs.usyd.edu.au/jeff/lout/lout-3.16.tar.gz

Thanks to everyone for reporting the problems, and please keep those
reports, comments, and suggestions rolling in.  I continue to aim for
a version that I can declare to be stable with a clear conscience.
