I don't quite know what is going on here, but...
/home/mike$nslookup ftp.cs.usyd.edu.au
Server: rzcomm1.rz.tu-bs.de
Address: 134.169.9.107
Name: crux.cs.usyd.edu.au
Address: 129.78.8.2
Aliases: ftp.cs.usyd.edu.au
/home/mike$wget ftp://ftp.cs.usyd.au/jeff/lout/lout-3.15.tar.gz
--15:09:47-- ftp://ftp.cs.usyd.au:21/jeff/lout/lout-3.15.tar.gz
=> `lout-3.15.tar.gz'
Connecting to ftp.cs.usyd.au:21...
ftp.cs.usyd.au: Host not found
/home/mike$lftp ftp://ftp.cs.usyd.au/jeff/lout/lout-3.15.tar.gz
lftp: ftp.cs.usyd.au: Unknown host
So, there would appear to be a domain name entry for this machine, yet
the FTP clients cannot find it.
The reason why I wanted to check this version is that I can provoke
segmentation faults with 3.14. Specifically, with
@SysInclude{ teq }
and the code
@Eq{ bar bar period bar bar sub x }}
I get
/home/mike/lout/letters$lout opt.lout >/dev/null
Segmentation fault
Change that "teq" to "eq", and there's no segmentation fault.
System: Linux-2.2.9.
Cheers,
Mike
