Does this mean we can forget about transitions with this new feature?

Also it would be nice to be able to disconnect the content offsets in a
table cell.
Example:

     +----------------+--
     |                |-- C
     |   Contents     |
     |                |-- D
     +----------------+--
     |  |          |  |
      A             B

Changing the size of C right now also changes A, B and D and vice versa.
In an end-user environment (does somthing like that exist?) this would
probably ok, but when DTP'ing one whishes more control. Disconnecting
them, or at least the ability of disconnecting them without changing or
extending @Tab itself would be nice.
