Win32 Lout 3.12 binaries available

I have compiled 3.12 for Win32.  Pick up the binaries at

  ftp://ftp.ptc.spbu.ru/pub/unix/text/lout/ports/win32/

    lt312w32.zip        - main distribution - ready to run
    lt312col.zip        - binaries with collation support

* Compiled with PDF compression: zlib 1.0.4.

* Output is always in binary mode to prevent PDF corruption
  (if output is on stdout - it is set to binary mode as well).

* Fixed a minor bug in PDF backend: startxref and the offset must be
  on separate lines.

* Fixed a serious bug in PDF backend: out of bounds writes to an array
  lead to data corruption.

I have tested the build on standard documentation that comes with Lout.
You can pick lt312doc.zip with formatted docs from the same directory.
