I'd like to see implemented the changes to whitespace processing that
were discussed previously.
Ie, whitespace after a full stop (and possibly other punctuation) is
inter-word whitespace if there are at least two spaces or at least one
newline. Whitespace not after a full-stop is always inter-word
whitespace.
Inter-word whitespace always to produce the same gap, regardless of
what the layout in the input file was like; likewise with
inter-sentence whitespace, but simply a different gap width.
Ian.
