a contrib suggestion - musiclout

Hello All,

Just a suggestion to talentuous Lout volunteers. Implement a package
for formatting musical partitions. (A bit like musixtex). 

Unfortunately, I know nothing about music (although I like to hear
it), and I'm not enough expert about Lout. My 16 years old son is
using musixtex instead. 

Probably, this would involve designing a specific music input format
and coding a music2lout filter program. 

I know it is a big work, and I can't volunteer on it. But it could be
a student project....
