Interesting, this is probably region-specific because I didn't notice
anything wrong today (I use GitHub all the time, so usually I become aware
of any problems almost instantly). IME they usually don't stay down for
long, even though I also have to say that it seems that there are
noticeably more problems lately, since after their acquisition by
Microsoft, than before. Whether this is because their development has
become more active since then, or because they had spectacular user growth
(from an already high base) or just "because Microsoft" is an open
question...
