New "list bill" premium columns have been added to the group
roster to support group UL. They show the modal term premium for
each life, taking into account any certificate anniversary that
occurs during the billing period. For example, the third-quarter
premium for a certificate issued on August 1 reflects one month's
deductions at the current age, and two months' at the next age.
A new input field specifies the list-bill date. It can be any day
on or after the inforce extract date. It defaults to a past date,
which causes list-bill premium columns to be zero. This new field
appears only in the group UL interface because off-anniversary
bills are wanted only for that line of business.
