    Subsume two variants into one primary variable
    
    {{FundRateFootnote0}} and {{FundRateFootnote1}} are concurrently
    subsumed into {{FundRateFootnote}} in proprietary product files;
    soon the {0,1}-suffixed variables with be expunged (in a separate
    commit, to make system testing simpler).
