Hello.

For the past few days we noticed that sometime account creation emails may not be sent for newly created accounts.

There is still an issue about it under investigation.

Normally for now account creation (and sending the confirmation email) should work on this page (and only on this page).

Please let me know with mentioning the related account if this isn't the case.
