UAC Linphone not send STUN requests in case of DTLS encryption and Enable TLS. If Linphone UAC behind NAT, DTLS can't start because STUN requests from UAS can't throw the NAT.
In case of UDP/TCP it's work. Linphone as UAC starts sending STUN packets and NAT traversal works.
