After repeated attempts, I have managed to get an account created,
using my cellphone.

Username is as above.

Now, I wait and see whether anyone I know, contacts me, using Linphone.

A question has occurred to me.

I have a skype account, which I had set up and used, on a Linux
computer, and, the account seems to work on my Android cellphone.

With Linphone, Linphone is available for Windows, Linux, Android, and,
iOS, from what I understand.

When I created my Linphone account, on my Android cellphone, the
process prompted me for, and, I entered, the cellphone number. I also
selected, and, entered my username; bretbusby .

Now, the question is this; is that account, tied to that cellphone
number, or, can it be used also from another device?

Thence (this does not apply to me, but, to others), if that account
can also be used from other devices, if a person sets up a Linphone
account, on an Android cellphone, could the same account, be used on
an iPad? Or, do different accounts need to be used on different
devices, and/or, different operating system platforms?

Thank you in anticipation.
