It's a shame we don't get the same functions with the version 4 than with version 3. I am waiting eagerly the next version ! ;-)

When I installed again Linphone, with flatpak, it was still the version 4.0. Do I have to uninstall Linphone to re-install it ? What's the process for upgrading with flatpack ?

Hi Laurent,

Linphone 4.1.1 is also available through flatpak.

The %u parameter is not handled correctly yet, you are not doing something wrong. However it is planned to be handled along with the sip mime handler for the next version.

I am trying using Telify ( with Linphone 4.0 on Xubuntu 16.04 (I believe this is the latest version on Linux/flatpack ... even though there's a 4.1.1 on Windows and Mac Os).

It used to work fine with the previous version (and creating an extra application launcher as described here :

With version 4.0, Linphone is started but the phone number is not passed along (even though the %u parameter is given in the application launcher): I suspect I am doing something wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

It would be nice, if, in the next versions, during the installation, Linphone would define the sip (and the tel) web protocol to call Linphone (so one wouldn't have to run the xdg-mime command).
