[Linphone-users] Some Options needed for Broadcast please

I use the Linphone application for Radio broadcast Audio (only)
delivery to a studio. OPUS is the reason Linphone was chosen. It
connects via a IP based sip address like address@hidden and
does not use a sip server.
We use it on iThings and Android.

What I'd like is;
That the mobile app never access the devices address book but only use
its own address book.
That it would bypass SIP registration entirely.

The device we connect to is a Comrex Access.

Is this possible to provide in settings?
