You are not getting a response from the server.
Since Yiou are not getting a response from the server I would be surprised if you are sucessfully registered.

I can see that you have a private ip address.
So I suspect that there is a problem with your router/firewall/NAT device.

Disable any SIP ALG that is present.
Get rid of any inbound firewall rules that you may have added for SIP, you don't need them
Set linphone to use random source ports for sip udp and tcp.

Let us know if that fixes the problem and send a log.
For best results we can make more tweaks in a second round.

This is my first attempts with Linphone.

I cannot communicate between two users I've registered at sip.linphone.org

Calls time out, messages don't get delivered.

Same on linphone (gtk) as linphonec.

I've attached the log for the attempts with linphonec here. I'm using UDP, as attempts with TLS and TCP prompted that the port couldn't be used.

I hope someone can shed light on this? It probably some newbie oversight, I presume.

(Linphone/linphonec 3.6.1 on Ubuntu 16.04/Mint 18)
