Thank you for suggestion, but 1. "it shall be fixed in current master version" is not enough for cloning git repository. I would expect something like "it was fixed ... "2. The main problem is not in cloning git, it is in installing all necessary dependencies for Make, because Ubuntu doesn't have them. And it is not easy at all.
So please, as long as you know how to do it properly, and as long as this bug was fixed few month ago, I think it is a good reason to make a release version say 3.9.2. Because this bug is critical = it causes application to freezes completely. It is not possible to close it. The only way to stop it is to kill it via xterm.
This is critical bug. On 04/20/2016 02:10 PM, Johan Pascal wrote:
Hi, it shall be fixed in current master version on linphone git repository but not in any released version yet. Try to download and build it. git clone git://git.linphone.org/linphone-desktop.git --recursive cd linphone-desktop ./prepare.py make regards, johan On 20/04/16 15:44, macach wrote:Dear all, "Bad RTCP packet, too short" bug does exist in Linphone 3.9.1 for Linux version. Please, fix it. If it was fixed, please tell in what version it was fixed, because 3.9.1 has it.
