[Linphone-users] Can I compile with QoS

I need to set up a check that can give me means opinion score. We have a very old very of Linphone V1.0 where the following flag shows up that

 

-q  qoslogfile       specify the log file for your QoS Information

 

First, can I set a flag when compiling it so that I can have QoS. If not, then what can I do to get the same thing with the current version of Linphone.
