Hello,

I have very poor windows coding experience. I have no idea of how to have a 
window prior to user login, and I'm not sure it is a good idea in terms of 
security.
However I plan to make linphone run into the systray as a small icon and be 
respawned at each new login. This is will be a first step to improve 
usability.
