Hi,
From the log it is clear that the gateway does not support RFC2833 (=outband)
dtmf signaling, since it does not set "telephone-event" codec in the SDP
message attached to the "200 OK" answer.
Unfortunately linphone does not support in-band dtmfs, and this is not planned
since this method is clearly not recommended for voice over IP.
I think you should report this problem to the gateway's administrator. This is
really an important missing feature.
