Hello. This feature is only present on the apps for testing and is not ready for production use.

That said, please ensure that you can connect on your other users profiles as the primary account of another Linphone app, to verify that this is not an issue with the connection itself, rather that a multi-account issue.

Then, if it doesn't solve your issue, please send logs, and version of OS + of Linphone.
