[Linphone-developers] Linphone - Emergency calls

Hello

I've recently created an iOS and Android app using Linphone. I've spoken 
with BT in the UK regarding compliance with emergency calls, they have 
suggested to force the app to use the mobile network when dialing 999, 
is it possible to force the app to use the mobile network rather than 
VoIP?

Any help/guidance appreciated.
