Client side NAT traversal is limited, it will detect the public IP when doing registration or use a stun server and assume it can receive RTP packets on it, however a NAT binding may be needed on some routers.
I do not think oRTP can do port latching of what some are calling HNT "hosted nat traversal".

"Don't try to use STUN solely, don't expect clients to know at once what their IP address/port used for media will be. This is not possible."
