Dear Russel,

Thank you for your response. I was able to find that too. However, that is not the answer of my question. I thought this is a developers mailing list and people here know about liblinphone. Therefore, I do not need experimentation and trial and error to find my answer!

Regards

To answer your own question I suggest you dive into the source.
You could also experiment.
Use a tool like sipsak to send requests with compact headers to a linphone ua and see how/if it responds.

I found this in ~4 seconds via google https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/linphone-developers/2018-05/msg00021.html

I also asked this question in linphone-users mailing list. They do not know the answer! Belle-SIP does not have a mailing list. Therefore, somebody here should know that whether linphone supports SIP compact header fields or not (this is very strange that no one answers). Nothing mentioned about this in the README and NEWS files of belle-SIP also.

Why no one answers this question? Nobody knows?

Hi,

Does liblinphone support SIP compact header fields? If yes can you provide me with documentation on how to enable it?
