Thanks for reporting this mistake.
Until a few days ago, oRTP and mediastreamer2 were submodules of Linphone, so they were compiled automatically by Linphone if needed.
But now they are no longer included in Linphone, so they must be built manually. I've update the wiki page accordingly.

Hi,
I am trying to install Linphone on a Raspberry Pi 3 with Raspbian Jessie.
I followed the instructions on the https://wiki.linphone.org/xwiki/wiki/public/view/Linphone/Linphone%20and%20Raspberry%20Pi/
I get all the way to the section when you run the "./autogen.sh && ./configure "
It fails with the following error " configure: error: Package requirement (mediastreamer >= 2.11.0) were not met:"
I have mediastreamer 2.9.1 installed.
How can I upgrade this to 2.11.0 on Raspberry Pi Jessie.
