Hello,

Due to patents issues, H263 is indeed not included in the release.

To have H263 in linphone-desktop, a new build from source has to be made with a few specific compilation options:

-DENABLE_FFMPEG -DENABLE_NON_FREE_CODECS -DENABLE_H263.

We believe H264 is still a better alternative though.
