Hi all, I am using Linphone under Kubuntu and recently did an upgrade from
14.04 to 16.04. My Linphone version is now 3.6.1-2.5 but no longer starts. The
terminal output I get is this:
ALSA lib conf.c:4738:(snd_config_expand) Unknown parameters 0
ALSA lib control.c:954:(snd_ctl_open_noupdate) Invalid CTL default:0
ALSA lib conf.c:4738:(snd_config_expand) Unknown parameters 0

fish: “linphone” terminated by signal SIGSEGV (Address boundary error)
From searching it appears this might be a problem with ALSA however every
other program I use works, including aplay, and I did not really find something
that could help me further debug the issue. So here I am, if you need more
information I will try to supply you with it, and if it is exclusive to ALSA I
can try their communication channels.
Thanks and regards,
Magne
