The "create account on" choice in assistant is to let users create 
an account on We accept only fully-lowercased usernames, as our 
Flexisip server is also case sensitive. This is the only place in the assistant 
where case is forced, so I am not sure to fully endurstand your concern. 

Can you describe more in depth what's your issue?
