SDP in SIP message body is controlling where the media as to be send.

You may be able to modify the SDP IP address in Linphone but your
custom proxy will have to match streams.

Or you could use a SIP proxy speaking with your RTP proxy, have a look
a Kamailio/Opensips RTP Proxy module.
